Do You Know About The Military Power Of India

Indian Army has always won respect in the world for its valor. The 73rd Republic Day Parade celebrations at Rajpath were made memorable in a wonderful amalgamation of the legacy of military victory, the historic valor and the country's current strategic might. Along with these golden moments of expression of military might, Rajpath also witnessed the unique colors of the tableaux of the country's rich and diverse culture and history. Due to the Corona epidemic, the number of spectators on it in the Republic Day celebrations was less. However, during the parade, the enthusiasm and excitement of the country's valor were no less.

The growing military power of the country.

Our country is continuously improving its defense preparedness. In the case of defense equipment, remarkable progress has been made abroad on the path from import-dependent country to the exporter. India has touched many heights since independence. Today the Indian Army can fight Pakistan and China simultaneously on the border. According to the information received, India is in fourth place in terms of strength of military power.

When the Constitution came into force in 1950, India had only 400,000 soldiers. However, today India has more than 1400000 soldiers. At that time, we had 19 ordnance factories in which the production of any particular weapon could not be imagined. Gradually the need for specialist work in the defense sector was felt. After that, the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) was established in 1958. The Department of Defense Production was established in 1962. Things have changed a lot due to continuous efforts. Today, India continuously strengthens its position on the earth, sky, and sea.
